A glossary that fills itself in.
Highlight a term and it joins an A–Z list, with its page.

How it will work
Highlight a word, or write it in bold followed by a colon or dash and its meaning, and Fold Notebook adds it to an A–Z Glossary page beside your Contents. Each entry shows its definition and the page it came from, and a tap takes you straight there. It's switched on or off for each notebook in its settings, and it's included when you export to PDF.
Private by design
Your notes stay yours.
No accounts, ads or analytics. Notes stay on your device, unless you back them up to your own Google Drive.
Everything it does
- Quick notes from the cover screen, without unfolding the phone.
- Real page-curl turns, and a two-page spread when the phone is held sideways.
- A shelf of notebooks, each with its own leather, gold-foil, debossed or paper-band cover.
- Rich pages: four writing fonts, headings, lists and checklists.
- Pen and highlighter drawing, and pictures on pages (Apple Pencil on iPhone and iPad).
- A contents page, search across every page, and PDF export.
- Paper styles, from classic white to legal-pad yellow, plus dark mode.
- Optional app lock with fingerprint, face or passcode; notes are hidden in the app switcher.
- Android extras: an optional home-screen widget and an optional Google Drive backup.
- Backups use the same format on Android and iPhone.
